Dr. Cristina Bautista is a licensed therapist with over 14 years of experience serving children, adolescents, families, and couples, with a focus on the Latine community. She holds a Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy and a Doctorate in Psychology. Dr. Bautista specializes in trauma, depression, anxiety, and substance use, integrating evidence-based therapy with cultural sensitivity to create a safe and supportive environment.

Passionate about expanding access to mental health care, she founded the Spanish for Therapist Institute and Let’s Talk About Therapy LLC, provides workshops and trainings nationwide, and hosts the Let’s Talk About Therapy podcast. Through her clinical work, advocacy, and educational initiatives, Dr. Bautista empowers individuals and families to prioritize their mental well-being.

Dr. Michelle Jackson, PhD in Leadership, brings over 20 years of extensive experience in higher education to her role. Throughout her career, she has held pivotal positions including admissions, academic advising, and leadership roles such as campus director and assistant vice president of student affairs, with a strong focus on the Office of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, Student Conduct International Student Services, Student Assistant Program and Office of Accessibility.

In each capacity, Dr. Jackson has been dedicated to empowering individuals to achieve their academic and personal goals. She has played a crucial role in guiding leadership teams to understand and implement inclusive initiatives, creating a supportive learning environment where every student can thrive and feel a sense of belonging.

Dr. Jackson is deeply involved in community service, collaborating with K-12 administrators, students and volunteering her expertise in diversity, equity, and inclusion, as well as restorative justice practices.

 Dr. Marshawn Martin is a corporate executive, educator, and leadership consultant with extensive experience spanning higher education, nonprofit leadership, workforce development, and business operations across public and private sectors. She holds an EdD in Educational Leadership and Management and has served as adjunct faculty within the University of Hawai‘i system and other online institutions, teaching business, finance, leadership, and management. As founder of Talk Story With Me LLC and a John Maxwell Certified Trainer, Dr. Martin delivers leadership training, speaking engagements, and professional development programs with a strong focus on women’s leadership and organizational growth. Her career includes senior executive roles managing multimillion-dollar budgets, leading national and international partnerships, directing large-scale workforce initiatives, and successfully executing major fundraising and community impact programs. Bilingual in English and Spanish, Dr. Martin is recognized for her results-driven, servant leadership approach and her commitment to developing confident, effective leaders.

Bilingual in Spanish and English, she has served children, adolescents, adults, and families through roles including Clinical Director, School Counselor, Outpatient Therapist, Mobile Crisis Team Lead, and Integrative Group Facilitator, utilizing evidence-based, trauma-informed, and integrative therapeutic approaches. Her background includes supervising multidisciplinary teams, developing innovative programs, providing comprehensive assessments, and leading crisis response and case management services. Holding a PhD (2025), a Master’s in Mental Health Counseling, and advanced credentials as a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Supervisor and Registered Play Therapist Supervisor, she is committed to client advocacy, professional excellence, and strengthening individuals and communities through compassionate, effective care.
